CQFN stands for Ceramic Quad Flat No-Lead Package. Standard specifications typically range from 12 to 32 pins, with custom designs available up to 64 pins. The minimum metallized wire diameter can be as small as 0.10 mm, and the metallized via size can reach 0.25 mm. The standard lead pitch is 0.50 mm. with mainstream narrow pitch options including 1.00 mm, 0.65 mm, 1.27 mm, and 1.50 mm. Its core advantage lies in a vertical signal transmission structure, offering excellent high-frequency performance and strong heat dissipation. It is suitable for various high-frequency and high-power devices. Gold-tin hermetic sealing or parallel soldering ensures high hermeticity, and it can be paired with a metal heat sink for grounding to enhance heat dissipation.
