The RF Coaxial Connector is an essential component for high-frequency signal transmission, offering reliable impedance matching and low loss across a wide range of applications. Designed to operate from DC to 40 GHz and beyond, a high-quality RF Coaxial Connector ensures minimal signal reflection and stable electrical performance, making it indispensable in telecommunications, aerospace, defense, and test instrumentation. Whether you are building a 5G base station, a radar system, or a laboratory-grade measurement setup, the RF Coaxial Connector provides the mechanical robustness and electrical consistency required for mission-critical environments. Our RF Coaxial Connector series features precision-machined contacts and advanced dielectric materials to guarantee long-term reliability under demanding conditions.

Engineered with durability in mind, each RF Coaxial Connector complies with international standards such as MIL-PRF-39012 and IEC 60169. The coupling mechanism—available in threaded (SMA, N, TNC, 4.3-10), snap-on (SMB, MCX), or push-pull styles—ensures secure mating cycles and repeatable performance. For outdoor or industrial deployments, an IP67 or IP68 rated RF Coaxial Connector offers complete protection against moisture, dust, and corrosion. Additionally, low-PIM versions of the RF Coaxial Connector are specifically designed for distributed antenna systems (DAS) and multi-carrier networks, reducing passive intermodulation distortion to below -160 dBc. Gold, nickel, or passivated stainless steel plating further enhances the RF Coaxial Connector's resistance to environmental degradation and signal interference.

Versatility is a hallmark of our RF Coaxial Connector family, which includes standard interfaces such as BNC, TNC, SMA, SMB, MCX, MMCX, N, and miniaturized types like SMP and SSMA. For field installation, a crimp-style RF Coaxial Connector reduces assembly time, while a solder-clamp RF Coaxial Connector provides superior cable retention for heavy-duty applications. Panel-mount, PCB-mount, and bulkhead configurations of the RF Coaxial Connector accommodate diverse layout requirements. Each RF Coaxial Connector undergoes 100% electrical sweep testing and visual inspection to ensure VSWR and insertion loss meet specified limits. Backed by RoHS compliance and a comprehensive warranty, our RF Coaxial Connector delivers precision, durability, and performance—where every connection matters.

FAQ:

How do you assist clients with signal transition issues between RF connectors and PCBs?

  • We offer more than just connectors; we provide simulation support. Our RF engineers use HFSS to help optimize the transition layout from the connector to the PCB microstrip, ensuring minimal signal reflection for your specific board material and stack-up.

Do you provide hermetic RF connectors with Pressure Windows?

  • Yes. This design is developed for waveguide or coaxial systems requiring high/low-pressure differential isolation. We use high-strength sealing glass as the pressure window, maintaining high microwave signal transparency while withstanding significant pressure differences.

Can Yolanda custom-develop connectors for specialized impedance needs?

  • Yes. While 50Ω is standard, we can customize impedance hermetic connectors for broadcasting or specific test systems. Our R&D team will perform new electromagnetic designs to ensure performance metrics across the entire frequency range.
