Millimeter-wave radar

Millimeter-wave radar

Application Overview

Transmitter and Receiver components
A transmitter and receiver are fundamental components of a wireless communication system. The transmitter converts information into a signal suitable for transmission, while the receiver captures and processes that signal to recover the original information. They work together to enable communication over a distance.

Millimeter wave small base station
Since millimeter wave is a kind of electromagnetic wave with a wavelength of 1-10 mm and frequency of 30-300 GHz; therefore, it is commonly known as “millimeter wave (mmWave)”.

Macrocell Amplifier System
Mainly used for wide-area wireless signal coverage. As a core facility of cellular networks, its coverage radius is typically 1 to 2.5 kilometers, and can be extended to tens of kilometers in special scenarios. Early designs were integrated, but later evolved into a distributed architecture, connecting the baseband processing unit (BBU) and radio remote unit (RRU) via fiber optics to optimize signal transmission efficiency.
